Language of the Congress

The language of the Congress is Turkish and English. Simultaneous interpretation will be provided during the Congress.

 Registration Desk

The registration desk will be open from 08:00 to 20:00 throughout the congress starting from the date of 15 April 2018

Invitation Letter-  Permits

A “Congress Invitation Letter” for participation in the meeting can be sent by the Congress Secretariat to be given to the institutions upon request. These letters can only be  used so that the participants can obtain permission from their institutions; the guests are expected to pay for their own registration/accommodation fees.

Poster Presentations

 A special area will be reserved at the congress center for poster proceedings accepted by the scientific committee of the congress. Owners of the proceedings should post   their posters between the days and times indicated. Responsibility will not be accepted for posters not collected by their owners. The posters accepted but not hanged     shall be identified by the organizing committee and necessary notices shall be made about the related people.

Oral Presentations

 A limited number of proceedings determined by the proceeding evaluation committee will be open to discussions at the congress center. The calendar for the selected proceedings will be announced in the final program.

Congress Material

All participants will be provided with a briefcase containing a name tag, a program booklet, a congress e-book in a flash disk, a pamphlet, a pen, publications, documents  and materials, etc. It is required to wear name tags during all scientific and social programs of the congress.

Certificate of Participation

All participants can receive their participation certificates starting from the 2nd day of the congress.

Cancellations

With regard the Registration and Accommodation fee refunds ;

All charges  will be refunded if notified before 11 January 2018.

50% of the fees will be refunded if notified between 11 January 2018 – 05 February 2016.

Notifications for cancellation after 05 February 2018 will not be taken into account.
